These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Sacred Source website and your purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Products & Information

We supply bovine colostrum and related wellness products. While we aim to provide accurate product descriptions and information, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free, complete or current.

3.1 Not medical advice  
The information on our site is general in nature and is not medical or health advice. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before using any new supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have existing health conditions, or are taking medication.

4. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you:

- Offer to purchase the selected products in line with these Terms; and  
- Warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example where:

- The product is out of stock  
- There is an error in pricing or description  
- We suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity  

Prices are listed in AUD and shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are governed by our separate "Shipping Policy" and "Returns & Refunds Policy," which form part of these Terms.

To initiate your return for return-eligible items, please contact us at info@sacredcolostrum.com All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the expected delivery date. Each case is assessed individually.

Please note: returned products must be received in their original product packaging or they will not be accepted for a refund. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for obtaining their own return shipping label and the costs associated.

Once your returned package arrives at our warehouse, please allow 10-15 days for our team to process your return and issue a refund or store credit.

Return to Sender Policy: If an order is returned to Sacred Colostrum due to a delivery failure, incomplete, incorrect address, unclaimed, refused, or rejected shipment:
• Reshipment Option: We’re happy to reship your order once a corrected address is confirmed. Please note: Additional shipping charges may apply.
• Refund Option: If you prefer a refund instead of reshipment, original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Timing: Once your returned order is received by our warehouse, please allow 10-15 days for processing. Our team will reach out via email to confirm next steps.
• Unclaimed Returns: If we do not receive a response within 5 days of our outreach, the returned order will be automatically refunded minus original shipping costs. No further action will be required on your part.

Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received your return, and you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and issues: Please look over your order when you receive it and contact us immediately by sending a picture of the issue to info@sacredcolostrum.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any return made without first contacting info@sacredcolostrum.com will be considered an unauthorised return and cannot be refunded.

6. Consumer Guarantees

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit those rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss or damage, or loss of profit, arising out of your use of our site or products.  
- Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our products is limited to the amount paid by you for the product in question.

This limitation does not apply where it would be inconsistent with your rights under the ACL.

8. Personal Information & Privacy

We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our "Privacy Policy," which is available on our website.

By using our site or placing an order, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
